Help your little ones help themselves by placing their special plates, cups, cutlery, and containers in a low cupboard. Giving them a space for their things that they can easily reach means that they can help in the table, empty the dishwasher, and pack their lunch without your assistance. A great way to foster independence while giving you (at least a tiny) break.
