About my kids:
Light of my life when she's not working hard to get on my last nerve, The Parasite is the product of a geek and an English major, and we expect she'll be outsmarting us on a regular basis any minute now. Her toddler brother's personality remains to be seen, but he's shaping up to be quite the little genius himself.
Parenting is...:
The best job I have ever had, even though the hours are long and the pay sucks. If I may be serious for a moment (and that's about as long as I last in seriousness), these babies are the light of my life.
We know you don't have a lot, but when you do, what do you like to do in your spare time?:
Getting out of here any chance I get, travel is my #1 hobby. Otherwise, I can be found with my nose in a book (OK, it's a Kobo cover but toe-may-toe, toe-mah-toe) or cooking something (hopefully) tasty.
When are you at your yummiest?:
After spending a day at play with my family.
If someone wrote a biography about you, what would be the title?:
Her last words were "Here, hold my beer while I..."
What's currently in your purse?:
Keys, my work ID badge, some business cards, a small umbrella, iPhone, Kobo, Kleenex (some of which are probably used, but I try not to think about it), cherry chapstick and a pen.
What superhero power would you like to have?:
The ability to function fully on less than 6 hours of sleep.
If we gave you an elephant, where would you hide it?:
Why would I hide an elephant? That's the coolest pet ever!
